Aim and Scope

Scope

The journal welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, case reports, and short communications in areas including, but not limited to:

• Molecular and cellular biology, genetics, and genomics
• Immunology, medical microbiology, and parasitology
• Pharmacology, translational medicine, and clinical trials
• Clinical epidemiology, pathology, and laboratory medicine (including haematology, blood transfusion science, and clinical pathology)
• Public health, implementation science, and health systems research, particularly where they demonstrate a clear link to clinical or population health impact
• Educational research that informs teaching, assessment, and curriculum development in the basic clinical sciences is also featured.
